Electron Beam Welding Division

Relying on high-precision electron beam welding, it achieves high-density, low-deformation, and high-strength precision joining of metal components, ensuring the structural stability and operational safety of core energy components.
Core Positioning
Relying on independently developed high-energy beam vacuum welding technology, the energy density can reach 10⁶W/cm², which is more than a hundred times that of traditional arc welding, enabling deep and narrow high-quality welds. The core electronic control system adopts full closed-loop high-precision control, with parameters such as accelerating voltage, beam current, focusing current, and welding speed precisely adjustable. Combined with a comprehensive interlock protection mechanism, the welding process is stable, controllable, and exhibits excellent repeatability.
Core Technology
Currently configured with 6 production lines, capable of welding strip widths from 10mm to 150mm, thicknesses from 0.4mm to 3mm, with a maximum welding speed of 10 meters per minute, providing continuous, large-volume, and high-efficiency production capabilities.

Polymer Materials Division
Equipped with twin-screw extruders with dual stages, vacuum devolatilization systems, VOC homogenizing drying chambers, dip molding, and functional coating processing equipment, it can handle both mass production of new energy modified polymer materials and metal component dip molding protection processing. The production line is highly integrated, with a comprehensive capacity of 300 tons per month.

Mainly engaged in functional polymer materials for insulation, protection, sealing, and bonding, simultaneously carrying out two major businesses: dip coating protection and new energy materials. Relying on dip coating to provide integrated protection for metal components, enhancing product durability and safety; at the same time, deeply cultivating the green energy field, developing related polymer materials to help various equipment achieve green, low-carbon, and long-term stable operation.
Core Positioning
Mastering core technologies including integrated reaction-devolatilization modified extrusion, precise formulation modification of polymers, and dip molding functional coating formation, it can meet customized new energy requirements, achieving full-process implementation from formulation development, process optimization, to large-scale production.

Overall low odor, easy emulsification, and stable processing performance. The modified adhesive materials have a high grafting rate, with outstanding compatibility and interfacial bonding performance; the dip coating has strong adhesion, offering excellent insulation, sealing, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
