Mastering Craftsmanship, Empowering Intelligent Manufacturing
Four major business units --
Metal Materials Business Unit, Surface Treatment Business Unit, Electron Beam Welding Business Unit, Polymer Materials Business Unit
Metal Materials Division
Core technology: Slitting thickness covers 0.05-8mm, with no burrs or oil stains on the surface; customizable strip materials with various mechanical properties such as hard state, semi-hard state, and soft state can be provided. Composite production processes cover aluminum-nickel, copper-aluminum, copper-nickel, etc.
Core positioning: Focus on high-performance metal material slitting, composite, and precision forming, providing high consistency and high reliability base material solutions for core components of green energy.
Surface Treatment Business Unit
Core technologies: Roll-to-roll continuous electroplating, etching, pickling, passivation; supporting multi-metal electroplating and composite coating design for copper, nickel, tin, silver, gold, and more.
Core positioning: Enhance material conductivity, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and adaptability with precision surface treatment technology, serving the new energy vehicle, energy storage, and electronic connector industries.
Electron Beam Welding Division
Core Technology: Relying on independently developed high-energy beam vacuum welding technology, the energy density can reach 10⁶W/cm², which is more than a hundred times that of traditional arc welding, enabling deep and narrow high-quality welds. The core electro-control system adopts full closed-loop high-precision control, with precisely adjustable parameters such as acceleration voltage, beam current, focusing current, and welding speed. Combined with a complete interlock protection mechanism, the welding process is stable, controllable, and has excellent repeatability.
Core Positioning: Relying on high-precision electron beam welding, it achieves high density, low deformation, and high-strength precision connection of metal components, ensuring the structural stability and operational safety of core energy components.
Polymer Materials Division
Core Technologies: Masters core technologies in reactive devolatilization integrated modification extrusion, precise polymer formulation modification, and dip coating functional layer formation. Capable of meeting customized new energy demands and realizing the full process implementation of formulation research and development, process optimization, and large-scale production.
Core Positioning: Primarily focuses on functional polymer materials for insulation, protection, sealing, and bonding. Simultaneously develops two major businesses: dip coating protection and new energy materials. Leveraging dip coating to provide integrated protection for metal components, enhancing product durability and safety; while deeply cultivating the green energy sector, researching related polymer materials to assist various equipment in achieving green, low-carbon, and long-term stable operation.
